Tom Genetti the Owner of "AT YOUR SERVICE" was featured on the cover of the Fall issue of THINKlocal Magazine. Below is the feature article...

Tom Genetti grew up in the heart of Lake Country and never forgot his roots. While in college at UW- Madison, Tom was lucky enough to get a job in the Music Industry. That company was Sony Music where he spent the next 30 years. The last 19 years were spent working in New York City while living in Connecticut where he and his wife Sharon (also from Lake Country), raised their four children.

In 2009, Tom decided it was time to do something he always wanted to do; move the family back home and start a locally owned business where he could “give something back to the community that he grew up in”.

“AT YOUR SERVICE” Inc. providing in home care for older adults was the perfect solution. A business that truly cares and helps the local community; an industry that is growing by leaps and bounds based on the desire of most older adults to remain in their home for as long as possible as they age.

Tom didn’t want nor need to be a franchise like most of the other Home Care companies, he wanted to be local. “There is tons of support for local businesses in the Lake Country area and based on our growth over the past 6 years, it’s everything I’ve dreamed about” states Tom.  “It means an awful lot for our clients to know that we’re local, and we’ll be here for years to come to help them when they need it the most.  “AT YOUR SERVICE” Inc. provides an affordable alternative for those individuals who wish to remain in their homes and live a healthier and happier life. We help all of our clients to experience quality of life, maintain independence and most importantly peace of mind”.

“AT YOUR SERVICE” Inc. was built on three guiding principles; Quality Care, Consistent Caregiving and the Ultimate Client Experience. They strive to develop long-term relationships with their clients to enrich their lives. They bring them a sense of the outside world, give them a consistent visit to anticipate and they listen and engage in what their clients have to say.
Whether you are caring for a loved one or just want to stay in your own home maintaining peace of mind, independence and quality of life, “AT YOUR SERVICE” Inc. can help.

Tom welcomes anyone to stop by, say "hello" and learn more about what "AT YOUR SERVICE" has to offer!
