- "AT YOUR SERVICE" will shop for groceries and other items needed at stores of their clients’ preference and run errands, such as picking up prescriptions or going to the post office. Clients may choose to stay home or help with the shopping and errands as an excellent way to stay active and engaged.
Meal Preparation (including Special Dietary Needs)
- "AT YOUR SERVICE" will plan and prepare hot, delicious, and nutritious meals, allowing clients to help with preparation according to their ability. Many older adults do not have the opportunity to eat a well-balanced meal, so this service helps them get the nutrition they need to enjoy healthier living. We love to cook and we are more than happy to accommodate any special dietary needs. We'll even wash the dishes when we're done!
Light Housekeeping
- "AT YOUR SERVICE" light housekeeping services include vacuming, dusting, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms (sinks, tubs, showers, and toilets), cleaning kitchens (sinks, appliances, counters, taking out trash), straightening all rooms, organizing closets and drawers, and cleaning any interior or exterior windows. We also offer outdoor cleaning or maintenance where needed.
Laundry/Dry Cleaning
- Laundry can be done in either the client's home or the laundromat and includes washing, drying, folding, ironing and putting things away. "AT YOUR SERVICE" will gladly pick up and deliver your dry cleaning as needed.
Respite Care/Family Relief
- Care giving can be rewarding and often strengthens bonds within a family. At the same time, care giving can be demanding amidst life's other responsibilities. Family caregivers and those in their care can benefit from a little time off now and then. Although everything we do can be condisered respite care giving, specific time can be scheduled as needed to provide family caregivers the opportuntiy to run errands, go shopping or get some much needed rest.
Activities of Daily Living
- In summary, we are capable of doing just about anything that needs to be done. If we can’t do it, we will arrange for one of our trusted contacts to do it (based on prior approval). Where needed, we have employees who are State of Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and Certified in Food Sanitation (Safe Food Handling) and of course, every employee is covered under the company's comprehensive liability insurance policy. We want our clients to experience quality of life, maintain independence and most importantly, peace of mind.
